Fresh New Credit Repair Guarantee
We will refund all monthly payments if we do not remove more than 25% of all the negatives we work on, from all three major credit bureaus, within six months from the time our services are retained.
In order for the warranty to apply, you must have at least four negatives on the credit report at the time of sign-up and may not have used a credit consulting agency nor attempted to repair his or her credit two years previous to our retainer. Unpaid collections and unpaid charge-offs do not qualify for the warranty. Client also agrees to send updated reports from each of the three credit bureaus to us within 5 days of receipt. Updated reports should be received by the client every 15-45 days. It is the client's responsibility to make us aware if updated reports have not been received.
